The joys of bathing

The joys of bathing

Whether in beer or hot water: bathing always relaxes

Those who say it doesn’t always have to be champagne may well be right. Sometimes beer or water in a wooden tub provides a good experience too. At least for relaxed bathing.

Now here’s a great idea: relax and unwind in a hot tub with a view of Lake Brienz. Sit back in a round wooden bath – for two, six or even eight people – and enjoy the amazing panorama. And as a highlight, enjoy a tasty, creamy cheese fondue right there in the hot tub, before your bathing fun or even afterwards.

Alp Morgeten is 1,655 m.a.s.l. and cheese is still made here in the old tradition. It’s the perfect place to treat yourself to an Alpine bath in a wood-fired 3,000-litre cheese vat. To the sound of cowbells and under a starry sky, you bathe in all weathers – walled in by 60 million year old pinnacles – a marine & Alpine feeling all in one.
