It takes an hour to get up to Schiltalp where cheese-maker Lena is waiting for her visitors. She demonstrates the traditional way of making cheese over a wooden fire. Before the descent back to Mürren via Suppenalp, she serves a wholesome alpine breakfast with local specialties.
